Previous incidents

We have resolved an issue that caused a degradation in platform service for approximately 90 minutes. During this period, the dashboard experienced slow performance, and platform events were delayed. The service is now fully restored and operating normally.

Ticket creation is currently failing across all channels — Slack, Email, AI chat, and MS Teams. The issue is under active investigation.
